Safe updates

Stable and beta release channels are kept separate. The app and website use the same verified release data, and offline use never blocks terminal work. Before updating, confirm that active work can be safely stopped or resumed.

Frequently asked questions

Which Mac installer should I choose?

In About This Mac, choose Apple Silicon if the chip is an Apple M series, or Intel if the processor is Intel.

Which version is currently available?

Version 0.1.0 Beta 109 is available for Apple Silicon and Intel Macs running macOS 13.5 or later.

Can I use the terminal without internet access?

The core terminal and local work remain available offline. Only network-dependent features such as AI CLI connections and update checks are limited.

Improved Broker connection status

Connection status is clearer, with a more reliable reconnection path on slower Macs.

  • A green dot indicates a healthy LOCAL connection; red indicates disconnection or reconnection.
  • Reconnect rechecks slow Broker startup races without forcibly replacing the existing run.
  • The next Mac installer requires macOS 13.5 or later, matching the bundled Broker runtime.

Mac public beta release

The first public beta installable on Apple Silicon and Intel Macs is ready.

  • CPU-specific DMG installers are Developer ID signed and Apple notarized.
  • Improved selected-list readability and logo alignment in maximized windows.
  • Scrolling to the latest output now clears the new-output marker without another click.

Improved popup flow and run history

Sequential settings work and cleanup of completed run records are now safer.

  • A new popup can open above the current one and return to the previous screen.
  • Input values and the selected tab are preserved when returning to the previous popup.
  • Completed run records can be removed while AI conversation reconnection data is preserved.
